We are the University of Bristol's Peace of Mind: Mental Health Society.

We aim to promote student mental health and provide support for those who need it.

We want to educate people on recognising the symptoms of poor mental health in themselves and others.

We want to demonstrate to students all the different avenues of support they can use.

We hope to make student living that little bit easier by ensuring they are equipped with anything they need to succeed.

We aim to alleviate the stresses and hardships faced at University.

We want to ensure students are part of a supportive and inclusive community.

PositiviTea is our weekly meet-up where we chill out, destress, do some activities, chat and have some tea and snacks... we have been known to make a few (loads of) mug brownies.
POSITIVITEA

Our newest initiative is the Buddy system. Ever felt intimidated going to an event alone? Well, the buddy system means you need not worry. Contact us and a friendly face will join you. This removes the fear of going alone and gives you the opportunity to get involved in things you really want to.
